Final meeting of ONE-P (Organic nanomaterials for Electronics and Photonics), a FP7 project with 28 partners and a 26 million € budget
The goal of the project was to develop organic materials for electronic and photonic applications because it opens the doors to a revolutionary field called “Plastic Electronics” creating light, thin, flexible, low cost and environmentally friendly applications such as solar cells, lighting, displays, printable backplanes and sensitive and reliable sensors to detect, for example, asthma, glaucoma or toxic gases.
